Survive the silly season!

Your to-do list looks like it’s on steroids, with a million things to do before you head off to relax/collapse for the holiday period and no-where near enough time

You need to think of (and buy) the perfect gifts for all your loved ones

And your calendar is bursting at the seams with endless Christmas engagements super charged with crappy food and too much free flowing booze

So rather than feeling the Christmas spirit, you just end up feeling exhausted, bloated and completely stressed out.

All you want is to make sure you get everything done, so you can start the new year fresh and ready to make it better than the last

You want to be able to deliver on all your promises and not let anyone down

And you want to be able to enjoy the Christmas celebrations without gaining extra kilos and feeling like shit…

…Am I right?

Of course I am! Because it’s the same scenario I’ve been hearing for years from all my clients, friends, colleagues, and in fact pretty much every woman I meet.

It was the same for me too, but then I figured out some stuff that changed my life - and it’s now changing the lives of so many others. Yeah I know that might sound a bit wanky, but it’s the truth. It’s a tough gig being a woman in today’s world, so if I can make life even just a bit easier for as many of you as I can, then I’ll die a happy lady.

So let me tell you a little bit about how this “stuff” can change your life, and indeed allow you to survive the silly season:

  • It allows you to prioritise like a ninja (not only your physical tasks, but also your thoughts)
  • It gives you more confidence and energy to get the right shit done
  • It gives you the power to control the way you feel, which gives you the power to control your life

You see, the thing is  – you can’t control the pressures in your life or all of the things that happen around you, but you can always control the way you respond to them. Which means you can always control the way you experience life and ultimately the way you feel in life.

I’m curious, what expectations have you put on your happiness? “I’ll be happy when…I get that promotion, I earn more money, I buy a bigger house, I lose a few kilos…” Be honest, do you actually think you’ll be happy when you get whatever it is you’re chasing? My experience would suggest not.

But being able to control your responses and therefore your feelings means you can be happy any time you want…and that in itself eases a hell of a lot of pressure, and makes life a hell of a lot more fun.

Anyway, I could go on and on, but I’ll save that for if and when we meet 😊

For now, I’d like to tell you a little more about my special “Survive the silly season” coaching package, so you can make an informed decision about whether you’re ready to get a piece of this life changing stuff.

Here’s what you get out of it:

  • Learn the ultimate prioritisation process that will change your life
  • Get the confidence to say no
  • Stay calm and in control amongst the madness
  • Be kept accountable and stay on track throughout the whole of December

Here’s how it’s delivered:

  • 3 x 1 hour online group coaching sessions with me each week in December
  • Access to a private Facebook group for real time accountability and support
  • A customised workbook to guide you through and make things easier for you
  • 1 x private follow up session with me in January

I’ve designed this package specifically for the busy woman, so if you think you haven’t got time then this is specifically for you!

Remember, this will not only get you through the crazy period, it will also set you up with some amazing foundations moving forward…this stuff is not just for Christmas, it’s for life. So a little time now will save you an abundance in the future.

Oh, and it’s only $297 for the whole lot (I almost forgot to tell you that bit!)

Anyway, I’m going to stop banging on now – my intention is not to convince you to work with me, I want you to do it because you want to…it’ll be a much more enjoyable ride for both of us that way.

I've also intentionally given it a short lead time between telling you about it and starting - because I don't want you to think about it. If you do that it's all over - because you'll think of a million reasons why you don't have enough time or headspace to do it. You'll resolve that you'll get onto it in the new year when things have died down, but then you'll get busy again trying to get back into everything after the break, and before you know it, it'll be Easter and STILL nothing's changed.

So if you’re ready to take the silly season by the balls and learn some life changing stuff, please join me this December to make that shit happen.

Applications close at 7pm on Friday November 30th so please get in early so I can get you prepped and ready to hit the ground running for our first session on Tuesday 4th December.

Let’s bloody do this! Submit your details below, and I'll be in touch to secure your spot and welcome you.
